| Construction is due to start mid 2008 on a new beach house at Bulli, one hour south of Sydney |
| Surrounded on three sides by neighbours, the house draws inspiration from Utzon's Mallorca and Bayview courtyard houses, looking inwards as much as outwards. |
| Two off-form concrete and zinc-clad pavilions define two edges of a courtyard, and stand in counterpoint to a long red-ironbark weatherboard clad building containing bedrooms to the west. The building is alternately very open or very closed depending on the particularities of site. |
